Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason the date of booking is changed, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Precious Memory Design to check on availability for rebooking and extended processing time.
In the event of a cancellation, to get a refund, order must be canceled before the pouring process has began.The $50 deposit is non-refundable, due to Having set the studio space on hold for your flowers.

All custom sales are non refundable once casting has started.

Any premade for sale items can be returned within 14 days - with shipping and handling paid at the customer’s expense
